It's hard to take a bad picture in Europe. Everywhere you go... let me know clarify.... everywhere tourist typically travel is a tapestry of travel channel sounds bites that beg us to stay up for just one more episode, post cards that will never get sent home and Hallmark calendars that hang on our walls of places we hope to visit one day. Life in Europe is little bit slower, more intentional. Each meal is an event that is carefully planned with fresh, seasonal ingredients and redefines what farm to table means for an American. The history reads like a college textbook that came to life and culture is not considered the latest trend on tick-tock or what the Kardashians are up to, but traditions steeped in richness and pride that are passed down through the generations.
